I’m very satisfied from Confluence

What are the best aspects of this product?

Confluence helps us to define roadmaps and specifications in a collaborative way. We are able to create various spaces so we can stay on the top, to reduce noise and to increase the chances of adding value. We don’t use it only for sharing information with the team but to provide access to our customers and to allow them to update and review their specifications. This tool allows total transparency so everyone is in the same page. It provides templates for common pages, I personally like SCRUM page templates to document into the SCRUM workflow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a learning curves for newbies so they can learn about its options and cases. It takes time to learn about tools and product documentation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to define products and project scopes and to write detailed specifications as well.
