What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company uses Confluence, JIRA, and Hipchat. It was a bit difficult to set up the integration, but now they are working seamlessly without any hiccups. I can follow specific pages maintained by different teams to keep myself updated on various aspects. It helps me stay in the loop about what’s going on everywhere as I work for an international firm.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is aimed at developers, which means certain features are a bit complicated to use. Plus, admin can restrict the access to certain users. The app is excellent overall, but certain features can be a bit difficult such as developing smooth integrations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main benefit for me is indirect communication. I am based in the US, while the product is managed mostly in the UK. But, Confluence helps me keep an eye on product development and provide my feedback on time. Our company has many different teams and I use Confluence to follow the pages I’m interested in. All teams use Confluence to document their work, so everything works smoothly.
