What are the best aspects of this product?

Confluence is easy to use and it provides consistent interface along with other Atlassian tools. It has simplified settings page that are great for personalization. You can easily create new page. I like the calendar feature and I use it as planning tool and to subscribe members of a team. It integrates with directory. It is great tool for tech and admin roles, the upgrading process is smooth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot find an easy way to share content with external customers, it would be great If I could use integration with Salesforce or Dynamic CRM to make this useful tool for the organization. It can be time consuming to browse on two systems to get the work done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us with collaboration, meeting notes, documentation, articles and knowledge base. Also, it helps us to reduce the number of various apps we browse on a daily basis.
