What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Confluence because it offers many good features. It is cloud-based which makes it accessible anywhere, on any device. My team uses the app for documentation. Our company documents upcoming and new requirements on it. Our developers, as well as QA and BA teams also use it productively. The search feature is useful and you can find what you need easily. You can tag users on a page to ask them questions. Plus, you can follow the page to keep yourself updated on the changes made to the page.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The vendor could offer a more useful plug-in for MS office apps. There is no Excel spreadsheet on the page which makes it difficult to use formulas and calculations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Confluence mainly for documentation. We maintain a central page for different project stages and follow the progress. As I mentioned earlier, the app is cloud-based which means it can be accessed from anywhere, on any device.
