With Confluence, you are limited only by your imagination. First, our development and product teams started using it, then our marketing team joined in so that all units can use one app. You can easily customize your project settings and workflow, and the add-ons offer limitless possibilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customizing the app fully means you have to do plenty of initial setup. Our marketing team is trying to understand how to create useful and effective project templates and new workflows.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Confluence makes cross-departmental communication more effective and boosts our efficiency. I have fully visibility into project status and can send client services a link so that they can track an issue themselves and stay updated on status. This is much better than using email to update them.
