What are the best aspects of this product?

Confluence offers many features that I like. You can set up alerts, watch pages, and mark favorite pages. Another useful feature is you can link to other pages and we use this feature a lot in our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the “digest” that the app sends to my email. I want to receive email alerts about page changes only once a week. But the digest comes often and it doesn’t clarify which pages changed and what are the changes. I have to go the pages and look for the changes myself, so the digest is a bit useless in this regard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Confluence to create guide pages for our company’s users. The big advantage is these pages are easy to search and find. Plus, they are collaborative which means other users can contribute too.
