What are the best aspects of this product?

Great app to discard and link user stories. It offers template so you can design test format, user stories, articles, share link, MOM and Retrospective. The search engine has Ajax technology and this makes the app to be user friendly and to easily find tickets you need. I like the integration with Confluence and Jira. It allows me to easily write user-stories and to accept criteria.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, Jira and Confluence credentials need to be same.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool for user acceptance criteria for agile development process, wireframe and big stories. It helps us to store all the requirements and wireframes so we can provide easily access to the employees across the globe. Anyone can use the report, the features can be easily customize and organize systematically, even the dashboard can be customize. All we have to do is to write something down and share with team.
