I think the highlight of Attensity is it enables me to analyze thousands of customer comments and get deep insight about customer experience in real time. I also use it to capture opinions and feedback from social media channels.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The main problem lies in the manual categorization process which is tedious. If you have large volumes of data the manual categorization task can be overwhelming.

The main advantage I have obtained is learning about the opinions and experiences of my customers. This is a big benefit for me as I work in the prepaid wireless industry where the scenario changes almost every day.
