What are the best aspects of this product?

Attensity offers a lot of plus points. The app is easy to use. I can modify queries, find exact phrases or words, and also search by user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the drawbacks is the data export is sometimes not in a format that is easy to read. Because of the export feature, responses were interrupted sometimes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used Attensity to mine the data we got from customer satisfaction surveys. We used the insight gained to resolve customer issues and retain their business.
