What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, the highlight of Attensity is its effective algorithm which breaks input sentences into triples. The triples give me deep insight into customer sentiments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The main drawback is the creation of plenty of junk triples. Since I need to do the categorization manually, it a hassle to assign triples to the correct buckets.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Attensity to resolve a number of business issues in the insurance industry. These include customer sentiment analysis from survey results, analysis to learn the reason for claim closing without payment, and analysis to learn the source of fire in a loss.
