What are the best aspects of this product?

The feature I like the most is the comments and triples by categories. It helps to analyze large volumes of comments as you can do so without reading every single comment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can use specific text in the text search option, but you cannot do a search without specific text. However, it could be my fault as I may not have fully explored the software to learn all the search possibilities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Attensity to analyze customer experience through feedback obtained from social media, unsolicited emails, and survey data. We get a large volume of text responses and Attensity helps us get an overall view of customer opinion without looking for specific details in the comments.
