What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Audiense's ability to search for relevant followers based on influence score so we get to target people better. I also like the feature where we can analyse a competitor, being able to get information such as the follower count and others. It is helpful in suggesting the best times to tweet for maximum reachability and the insights being shared are beautiful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has a cmplicated learning curve for the average user which makes learning it a bit difficult. Also, it has a relatively lesser feature set and does not provide insights to spread influence It could use a better interface as it is confusing to use at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes it easier for us to manage social networks. The reach of our tweets increased drastically, with the a bility to analyse the competitors a huge plus as well. Basically, this does everything that you would want a Twitter tool that is meant for a business to do.
