What are the best aspects of this product?

Audiense is highly customizable when it comes to organizing data. I've really appreciated how easy it is to drill down into specific subsets of followers, get insights on recent Twitter interactions, and get solid information on influencers. There's a lot you can do with this tool, and it really feels like I've only just scratched the surface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't come across any issues yet. However, as a "nice to have" it would be great to have a better way of organizing tags. With a large list of tags, it becomes a difficult to find the one you want in search.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Just knowing more about who I'm following on Twitter and who is following my account has become so valuable in finding new ways to grow my Twitter account and new, relevant accounts to follow. The ability to do competitive analysis has also been very useful along with the follower retention/engagement report.
