What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using Audiense for a few years now to track new followers as well as unfollowers. The analytics it includes is very helpful compared to theother options.Although it's not necessarily useful for me, I enjoy the geographic data SocialBro gives you. I like to see where my followers are by country and timezone. Thus, it gives me a pretty good idea for when to tweet.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I access it through a free Chrome extension, so I'm not sure if this holds true through all of their software. However, they redesigned the user interface of the tool and it made it more difficult to navigate. I'm also not a fan of the way the app automatically updates information, I feel like some insights may be lost if I don't check everyday. I miss the way the data only updated when I requested that it be updated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it to gain insight on my Twitter followers. It allows me to get a better idea of where they are, their gender, as well as their interests. For a free client it's very helpful in guiding my Twitter strategy.
