What are the best aspects of this product?
Audiense is a very easy to use solution for monitoring client Twitter profiles. I love that you can input customer email addresses to see if they have Twitter accounts so that you can very quickly and easy follow and engage with them. You can also research information about your followers, such as where they live and their professions and will also help show the ROI of your ad campaign so that you can measure it against your goals. Its blog also provides really great content with a lot of helpful insight to offer to customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s limited in that you can only analyze Twitter. It would be amazing if it could provide the same insight for other social media sites. Since there are other services available that do this, it may not be the right service for you if you need to monitor across more platforms than on Twitter.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It takes out the guesswork in managing our client's Twitter profile. It helps analyze users to find out who is influential, helps determine the best time to post and the type of content they like so that this content can reach them more effectively. This helps me create more engaging content and maximize visibility and gain more followers for the client.
