With Audiense, you can achieve greater outcomes on Twitter campaigns comparable to other tools which usually charge a lot more money. I like the pricing model which is based on community size primarily, perfect for individuals and small businesses. The follower management features are superb as well and I like being able to work through competitors lists.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be a little slow in gathering information for reports. I often want the data immediately and it can be a problem. Sometimes the advanced search syntax does not work as advertised and I would have to run the same search a few different times to get the results that I am looking for.
