Offering deeper insights of your social audience

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like that with Audiense, you can gain deeper insights of your competitors on Twitter and make your decisions based off of that. It is hard sometimes to really make an effective social strategy when you are starting from scratch. I also really love how you can get insights ad to the times that your audience would have the most reach. This is crucial especially when doing paid social advertising, when you want to make sure you are targeting correctly and doing so at the right times.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't much to dislike. It is a good product and very easy to use. Set up can take some time though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get to target our audience and the audience of our competitors better, getting in front of them as much and as often as possible. We also get to know better to what our customers are saying about us and monitoring that so that we can respond appropriately and in a timely manner. We can also schedule posts so that we know we are still active and in front of consumers even when we are busy with other things.
