What are the best aspects of this product?
I liked the ease of use and the platform itself. It was easy to see into our deeper analytics and offer a higher-level ROI analysis to key executives about our social media engagement. I also used it to look at our competitors and I used to track their engagement in ways that other tools didn't allow me to do so. I appreciate the helpfulness of the support team and the lack of pushy sales tactics.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It was complicated at first and I'm not sure that I ever got the full benefit from it. I didn't use their training though and maybe I should have. There were so many bells and whistles to it, but the micro copy helped.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were looking at social media engagement software and how our competitors were using social media. It allowed me to be effective in our engagement with people, track our tweets, and a whole host of other things. It took our presence on Twitter to the next level and gave me visibility to things that would have taken ages to otherwise understand.
