What are the best aspects of this product?
The most striking thing about this platform is its ability to process payments regardless of the clients' locations. It has allowed me to organize my finances as well as keep my sales and subscription information organized. It comes with other capabilities as well that have been a boon to our business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Authorize.Net can act wonky at times. For example, it declines credit card transactions for no obvious reason and it would take several times before the payment goes true. The platform is not that user-friendly either as it takes effort to find certain functions. It should have a spruced up reporting module as well because it is lacking in that regard. Also, they have to consider enabling businesses to add another email for receiving notifications to allow them to process orders and payments faster. It is very inconvenient too that refund processing is limited to 120 days and that the procedure is complex. Lastly, they should have configurations for recurring billing.
