What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the platform’s virtual terminal because I can take phone and mail orders from customers and process them manually. Offering various ways of payments somehow helps in acquiring more customers. The quality of their service is also great, haven’t encountered any glitches so far. I also love the ease of installation and use of API widget.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There’s no negative thing about the software but it does lack some functionalities. Its portal for manual transactions does not store information so we still have to enter the information of our customers who already had made prior transactions which is quite time consuming.

This software simplified the process of handling manual transactions. It has also helped us in managing our e-commerce sales.
