What are the best aspects of this product?

You can see your “journeys” for your clients depend on the actions they’ve taken thanks to amazing Autopilot guides. This software helps you to plan how you are going to reach new clients and to make effective welcoming emails, also, FAQ and survey invitations are really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is simple and easy to use, looks like a basic version for everyone. I really need some advanced features. However, I don’t want to imagine the prices of the new updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Autopilot’s journeys made our work much easier. Helps to clarify what is the value of your offering, which is a highly helpful feature.
