PROS: The price of Autopilot HQ per year is really amazing, you get all features by the price of $48 per year, sounds unbelievable, but yes, it is true. Next, I love the journey builder, creating them is really simple. We combine the journey builder with MailLift’s handwritten letters to send personal notes to our new customers. AutopilotHQ makes this possible.

CONS: Because of the fact that AutopilotHQ is still young, the speed is slow, but in reality the speed doesn’t bother me at all. I would recommend to create webforms and to score leads.

PROS: The software is not complicated at all, it is very useful and easy to use. You have simple user journey design and helps you to design the logic, easy to combine with our present CRM system.

CONS: When user number grows the price is going up. Also, there are many integrations that doesn’t have full control like in Salesforce, with this software we cannot sync subset only users.

PROS: The drag and drop interface is easy to use and intuitive. The support team is friendly, helpful and timely! Autopilot tracks every newsletter forms on my website or other similar form on the site, also, the contacts management is very convenient. Their email tools are manageable. List trigger, time trigger and add to list are very beneficial for my marketing strategies.

CONS: In my opinion the price for 5000 contacts is expensive, $80/month. It would be nice if they can put the price$10-20 for 2000 contacts. In addition, I need a feature that can help me to export all my contacts.

PROS: With Autopilot I can send emails, sms and postcard in more innovative ways, but what is really helpful for my team and me is the collaboration with Salesforce. Using UX is extremely powerful because makes deployment of automation more easy and quickly.

CONS: It would be good to have lead scoring, but it’s not big deal.

PROS: You can see your “journeys” for your clients depend on the actions they’ve taken thanks to amazing Autopilot guides. This software helps you to plan how you are going to reach new clients and to make effective welcoming emails, also, FAQ and survey invitations are really helpful.

CONS: It is simple and easy to use, looks like a basic version for everyone. I really need some advanced features. However, I don’t want to imagine the prices of the new updates.

PROS: What I really enjoy with Autopilot is their graphic interface. Finally, I can easily see how I can help my client or advanced my marketing. Easy to use, especially their configuration tools for landing pages and even email. Their customer service is great, clear with answers and very helpful.

PROS: This software gives me the ability to join emails, texts and slack messages into one form. You can arrange the form easily and it will send emails, also the emails will go further to the people by reaching different ways. And because of the fact that works with your website you have a choice to help your customer unexpectedly, for e.g. if someone clicks on the help page several times you can send an automatic email asking if they need help. This is wonderful.

CONS: In my opinion they need to work on email templates, they need to make them easier to edit, for e.g. If I have few things to say I have extra sections, so it is kind of irritating.

PROS: Journeys are very helpful tool, you only need to use drag-and-drop Actions and Triggers to organize the entire advertising campaign in one single canvas. This software helps you to see the lead journey from start to end of a marketing workflow. Also, Autopilot integrates with Slack, Salesforce and Recurly, which makes the work much easier. I love this software because collaborates with Zapier and that means that your marketing platform is connected to various applications. The customer support team is very helpful.

CONS: They need to add Lead Scoring feature.

PROS: First, I was amazed how the customer support team was helpful, they helped us to transit all our data from our previous system to the Autopilot system. The software itself is easy to use, intuitive and visual. The automation itself is wonderful. I love the combinations with Salesforce and Slack. After all, their postcard feature is extraordinary.

CONS: I don’t like that there isn’t separate interface for email templates, in order to see my mails I need to create a journey.

PROS: Make your journeys visual with simply drag-and-drop steps. Intuitive software and easy to use. The support team is responsible, whenever I have problem in using the software I get quick response in less than 5min. I get updates and new features all the time.

CONS: I think they need to work on their email template and SFDC integration. Everything else is fine.

PROS: Thanks to Autopilot we can write emails and sms to our customers in many different ways. We have detailed results in “Reports” that helps us to update and clean our data base, thus we have more time to focus on our marketing campaigns.

CONS: It takes time to find action buttons or to find how something is working or how to do something.
