What are the best aspects of this product?
First, I was amazed how the customer support team was helpful, they helped us to transit all our data from our previous system to the Autopilot system. The software itself is easy to use, intuitive and visual. The automation itself is wonderful. I love the combinations with Salesforce and Slack. After all, their postcard feature is extraordinary.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that there isn’t separate interface for email templates, in order to see my mails I need to create a journey.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have used other systems before, but Autopilot is everything I need to run my business, also, I don’t need to pay extra for the features I don’t use.
