What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is not complicated at all, it is very useful and easy to use. You have simple user journey design and helps you to design the logic, easy to combine with our present CRM system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When user number grows the price is going up. Also, there are many integrations that doesn’t have full control like in Salesforce, with this software we cannot sync subset only users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Autopilot I can design the journey the way I want. In addition, this software uses custom field in the journey. Also, the visual for the user journey is amazing and clearly shows the segment point for each path.
