What are the best aspects of this product?

This software gives me the ability to join emails, texts and slack messages into one form. You can arrange the form easily and it will send emails, also the emails will go further to the people by reaching different ways. And because of the fact that works with your website you have a choice to help your customer unexpectedly, for e.g. if someone clicks on the help page several times you can send an automatic email asking if they need help. This is wonderful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion they need to work on email templates, they need to make them easier to edit, for e.g. If I have few things to say I have extra sections, so it is kind of irritating.
