What are the best aspects of this product?

With Avangate we have flexible, easy to use and intuitive platform that meets our needs. Because of its flexibility the implementation is effortlessly. Its support service understands our business needs and they respond quickly to our requests and questions. The service is constantly improved, because of the fact that they add new features and technologies. I have to say that they have improved the API’s functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This program is great and therefore I don’t have any complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Avangate to promote our products and to customize the shopping carts as well the purchase process the way we want. If we have some issues or questions their account managers, technical and support team are always ready to answer the question and to help us resolve the issues.
