What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is easy to use and allows easy access for the services. We use Avangate for Affiliate Porgrams and management, and we are very satisfied with its services. When a customer purchase a product via affiliate link we get email notification immediately. Other programs I have used in the past required me to log-in in order to view this kind of statistic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of loggin in in the website is not as cleas as the logging in to the affiliate portals. To be more precise, whenever I click the login button I get an error message that the email I use doesn’t exist, at first this was very frustrating and confusing but at the end I realized that I needed to login to affiliate portal. They need to insert a note in the login page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Avangate affiliate program to email our customers and make few bucks for the research time we have spent while picking the right products for our customers. This is one of the best affiliate company I have used in my career.
