What are the best aspects of this product?

Avangate covers all SaaS ecommerce needs, it is easy to set up and it is very intuitive software. We didn’t have to spend time for learning how to set up and use the program. We have focused on our product and our customers. This software helps us to grow faster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had some tools that we needed for the work-arounds, and we finally managed to pull through the scenario we needed, thanks to their tech support, they are really helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this program for selling software subscription, we love its API, and we can easily manage upgrades, downgrades and the new payments for our users. Avangate helps us to sell our product in many countries and we have zero concerns for currency conversion, taxes and merchant of record.
