What are the best aspects of this product?

The clients that we have are from every place in the world which means that they are using different currencies and payment methods, and of course different languages. That means that the VAT procedures for the clients are becoming complicated by time and the time spent for it increases. Avangate takes care of everything and after a core research, it seems that it is the only service tailored for the needs of the EU based companies (and most gateways are US based). We have different sites like ArabicOnline, LearnOasis and Arabiya.de, and Avengate takes care for all of them. Support is fast and effective too and our clients have not had any problems with the gateway.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the back office GUI could be more easy to use. Technically, it misses the third- party integration into major CMS.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Avangate for subscriptions worldwide (SAAS). The benefits I have are the good affiliate network, and the regular webinars so I can improve conversion. These tools are awesome and the seamless transaction and VAT handling.
