What are the best aspects of this product?
Avangate offers great support and fast evolving APIs, flexibility and excellent reporting. Everything you need is in one place/system. The implementation of the system is responsive and its support team is supportive and always ready to help. I was amazed how the API meets our needs with its sophisticated integrations and how it fits with our back end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had some issues with the lack of some tools that we needed for the test environment, but they fixed the issue and implemented great tools for this purpose.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Avangate for our eCommerce platform, and we sell desktop GIS software via electronic distribution. We managed to adopt this program for subscription management and to implement faculty pricing. Our Faculty service (SheerID) is well supported by this product, and this integration helps us to reduce the processing time and effort when it comes to discounted purchases. We can easily plan the subscription management requirements and implementations. Its support service is quick and responsive.
