What are the best aspects of this product?

Avaya is super useful for large organizations like ours. It's a robust system and it really does the job. There's nothing like it in the market!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Disabling the root user in CM is something that doesn't sit well with me.

It improved my problem-solving skills.
