What are the best aspects of this product?

Anvaya Aura is a great stable product that is easily scalable and compatible with different platforms. It's also super easy to install. I love it!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

EPMS portal can be improved since using it to generate reports requires food patience.

It basically provided our business with a higher level technology that solves our contact center problems.
