What are the best aspects of this product?

Avaya Aura has so many amazing features that I truly enjoy using! I've been an avid user of this software since 2018, and the best part about it is the PRT, VRT, and its service table. It's highly functional, with AES CM and SMGR, and it improves our call routing procedures.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints about Avaya. It's super easy to use.

It saves us time. We can work more efficiently now.
