What are the best aspects of this product?
We like the easy to use time tracking, in order to track all our employees' time to projects. Also have integrations set up with our contract software and accounting software, to have a full life cycle of proposal to project to billing/bookkeeping
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some aspects of reporting could be improved, in conjunction with project management for on-going projects for monthly client subscriptions.
would like to see an integration for our payroll software Gusto for timekeeping.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Easier access to projects/less clicks - perhaps in drop down or expandable side menu.

Avaza has provided us with an easy to use project management software that integrates with our other systems in use, and provides outstanding customer service
