What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect we noticed initially was the ease of use. For a small business adapting to new programs can seem more difficult if something isn't as flexible.

The email to create task is a great feature, but has room for improvement.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We think a ticketing system would be beneficial. The email to create task is a great feature, but if it notified the team side of customer portal tasks as tickets and can be converted to a task would be ideal.

Using a unified platform for reporting, time tracking and project management.
