What are the best aspects of this product?

Avaza has a very friendly and responsive support team. They spent hours helping me make sure I get the features I need for my business. Also, the value I get for my money is very high.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Avaza lacks some features like instant messaging. So we have to use another tool for communication within teams.
