What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the first Invoicing software i've found that works the way I do. Simple to populate, great looking invoicing, really in-depth reporting, and great customer support - can't fault it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Had some initial problems with data import - which were quickly sorted out by the excellant staff on their live chat.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Repayment of expenses to employees

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sped up our invoicing no end.
