What are the best aspects of this product?

The multiple options for organizing tasks makes it easier to see what I have to accomplish and to assign tasks to team members.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there was a little more clarity about the different add-ons.

Our task management software wasn't cutting it for us, and they also announced a price increase coming in the future. We wanted a cost-effective solution that would save us time and improve organization. Avaza fit the bill.
