What are the best aspects of this product?
Avaza allows us to plan, assign tasks and track progress in a clear and structured way. The integration of timesheets makes it easy to track time spent on each task, which has improved productivity and resource management. Another advantage is integrated invoicing, which helps us manage budgets and bill clients efficiently and accurately. The platform also offers detailed and customizable reports, allowing us to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Resource management could be more robust. I would like to see better visualization of resource and capacity allocation to avoid overloads and improve long term planning.
