Clean User Interface and easy to navigate with little or no training.

Have not run into any yet as I have just started using Avaza one month ago

Advanced invoice layout customization options

Was previously using Harvest but needed the ability to book and reimburse expenses which Harvest could not do. Also, Avaza was slightly cheaper than Harvest which was a plus!
