Avention offers great integration with our CRM, our sales and marketing team are very satisfied with this one. OneSource is intuitive and we love the features it offers. You can easily learn its basic features even the advanced features would take you no more than 20min.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have made some changes into our basic subscription without changing the price, but the problem is that when we want something we had before then we have to pay.
