What are the best aspects of this product?

Researching people titles, and creating marketing and cold-calling list has never been easier. Our development team is amazed by the power of Avention. We can easily find detailed information in One Stop reports which makes this product number one in our research department. We can even alert the team of Avention when someone has changed positions or companies, we are sure that the other are doing this so we can keep the software constantly updated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the One Stop reports is not always robust, for e.g. we can get competitors, news, SWOT analysis, financials and sometimes we cannot find anything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great product for gathering lists of prospects and market intelligence. The good thing is that is integrated with Salesforce as well. We constantly get news about our competitors and their actions, and thanks to this information we can strategically play the next role or plan the next step.
