What are the best aspects of this product?
OneSource is powerful when it comes to the contact information available for companies and individuals. By using its filters and setup you can easily find leads geographically, industry, company size, job title and many other types of criteria. We get even information when a new CEO is hired, or when a company’s fiscal year is ending and many other throughout information. Its customer support team is highly useful and provide us with every piece of information we need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some lead data that we have received is out-of-date, but I believe the system cannot be completely up-to-date. Also, the Salesforce plugin does not provide us with the information we really need because it doesn’t provide me with information of concrete lead. The feature for pushing leads into Salesforce is kind of useless because it doesn’t’ de-dup against our database and when submitting criteria to an account rep we have to wait day or two in order to get a spreadsheet back.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to collect information about companies and leads. We are able to reach our leads via email and to provide our sales-team with insight so they can perform their sales. It helps us to make lot of enterprise level sales via contacts sourced.
