We don’t see Avention as a product but as our business partner

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things I like about Aventions. One of these things is its Browser Tool, it is intuitive and empowering for marketing and Sales businesses. It allows you to search company, contact, and industry levels, you can create reports as well. You have analysis summaries like Industry summary, SWOT and other reports. Secondly, I have seen that the team behind OneSource takes its customer’s success seriously. Each team is always ready to help you and suggest you new ways of how to make better decisions when launching campaigns or for other projects. They always respond to my questions and they are always eager to help you evolve. Because of these facts I don’t see Avention as a product that I’m using for reaching my goals but as my partners and consultants in my business. In addition, the product has great integrations and if you need one you can always ask. The other thing I like about this one is the fact that they know their strengths and weaknesses and they are always open to new suggestions and feedback so they can improve themselves in order to meet their customers’ needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

These are not dislikes but suggestions: Contact populations, it would be great if they could provide us with this kind of information, I’m sure that Doublle-Optln laws hold back this process but I believe they could find a way to gather this kind of data without breaking the policies. Also, they could improve Government details data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a product that could help us to expand our data strategies for Sales operations and Business generation teams. Avention provide us with data that is very important to us in the long-run. We needed specific option that other vendors couldn’t provide us with, but the Avention team helps us to create a plan and find a solution for contact and organization data management.
