What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer support is very eager to help. They respond quickly and give assistance in a warm and friendly manner. They would offer to go in and fix the problem themselves or show you how to do it yourself. You choose. I also like how Aventri has folders for organizing media files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is sometimes hard to navigate through. I find it a bit confusing. We are discouraged from messing with the code to make modifications but the great customer support makes up for this. They do a good job modifying the code for you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us create and manage our event management website. You can customize almost anything. You can use it to store and organize files. Also, the updates are great plus customer support is awesome.
