What are the best aspects of this product?

The staff and students find the interface very easy to use. It has been a boon for organizing our commencement ceremony.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This might be just me but I experience some difficulties in formatting email and messages. When I copy and paste a message into the field, the formatting is off and it takes a lot of time to fix it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it to track registrations for commencement. I customized it and it helped me be thorough and accurate. Reporting has also been made easy by Aventri. The chat feature is also helpful. I use it to ask for assistance and the help staff are very eager to provide me with answers.
