PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how there is a seamless registration for registrants. With Aventri, they can register to our conference and even choose which meals that they will have. They can renew or apply for membership online and register for hotel rooms. It is truly an all-in-one software. Also, the mobile app takes info directly from the database. This makes it working with it faster as it eliminates redundant work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not big on the sales and support staff of Aventri. We have had problems in the past dealing with them. We experienced a high turnover rate before and we lost some things and skills during the process. We did not have an easy type haggling with the staff when we were setting up the software. The support team was quite slow to give us back our Passkey integration. It took a while before our attendees can book their hotel reservations in our registration process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes registration pretty simple for our attendees. The user interface is simpler and it is a one stop shop. It trumps our older system that we used before. Now, we get more registrations and we have planned everything smoothly from sessions to meals.
