What are the best aspects of this product?

I am pleased that it could convert video and audio files into any format. Besides this, I appreciate that it is an open source so other developers can improve on it with new tools and functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't allow precision cutting in one frame.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides being able to change files to codecs, Avidemux allows quick video editing especially for basic changes that are helpful for clipping a few seconds off a spot or resizing the frame for a certain purpose.
