What are the best aspects of this product?
This is perfect product that works perfectly with Outlopk. Its interface allows us to track our sales performance. The support team is wonderful and whenever we face some issue they are quickly to respond, I like them because they are knowledgeable and always open to new suggestions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The security built into our company slows down the product.

With this tool we can easily track and respond to new and existing customers and to have an access to important information. It allows us to keep track of historical data so we can work on our buisness improvements.
