What are the best aspects of this product?
There are lot of things that I like about Prophet CRM, first of all its support and knowledge center, the layout of the website with its FAQs and easy access to on-line and support. Also, I like the attention to details with the integration of Outlook and workflow offers access to information, this is extremely great when dealing with clients and prospects. It is flexible and it grows along with my business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had some issue with the installation at the beginning. Also, there is no way to toggle between the contact, company and opportunity manager, it requires me to open separate windows between managers. Furthermore, I cannot share my custom views with others and they need to include this option so we can collaborate better with each other.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us with workflow, transparency and reporting. The integration with Outlook is exctremely useful and I can get access to the data on my iOS platform.
